Here we go again~ My my, HOW CAN I RESIST YA? <3
I finally got to see it today, and I LOVED it. Mummy wanted to watch it too, so I went with her. I love love love love ABBA songs, and so to get the chance to watch how Mamma Mia! incorporated the songs as a musical was highly entertaining. I would have sung to every single song, but seeing as how we were in a theatre, I restrained myself!!! Pierce Brosnan’s singing was funny, but my FAVORITE bit was the final couple. The moment he said “I’m a writer. A looooone wolf.” I BURST OUT LAUGHING!! I KNEW those two would end up together. Sophie has a pretty, ethereal voice. Meryl Streep is pretty good. Donna & the Dynamos were classic!!
Man, what would I give to be in a musical… SO MUCH FUN.
I’ll be getting the movie OST, and it won’t be coming off of my playlist for a long, long time. :)))))
A pity Sky wasn’t that good looking (at least to me), and his attempt to emoface while singing to Sophie came off half-baked and awkward…
THE GROUP DANCES KILLED ME WITH LAUGHTER!!! <3 I wonder why spontaneous group dancing doesn’t occur more often in real life, heh. Everyone would be a lot happier and take themselves (and life) less seriously. Such a feel-good movie!
So, I loved Mamma Mia!, and CAN’T WAIT TO CATCH THE MUSICAL which is coming to (gasp) Istana Budaya in December!!! Well, HELLO musical. <3
….heh heh. Back to reality now: my EOS2 is arriving in full force on the 3rd and 4th of November… SO! I should really get back to studying. Sem 1 stuff isn’t too bad, just that it’ll take a while to recall everything. T_T;
